Our Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when selecting your gown. As our gowns are offered in standard sizes, eligible gowns may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the gown must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Gowns showing signs of wear, alterations, stains, fragrance, makeup, damage, or removed tags will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for reviewing our size chart carefully before purchasing. Bridal gowns may require alterations to achieve your desired fit. Fit and alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale, altered, customized, damaged-after-delivery, or promotional items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
