Our Refund Policy
Partial Refund for Alterations
If your gown arrives and does not fit as expected-despite following our measurement
guide and using our free measuring kit-you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to $300 to cover the cost of local alterations.
To qualify:
You must have submitted your measurements
using our official form and followed our
measuring tutorial. Contact us @darina.forbrides@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
Provide:
1. Clear photos or a short video showing the fit issues while wearing the gown
Approved refunds:
Minor adjustments: up to $150
Moderate adjustments: up to $200
Mayor adjustments due to measurement
discrepancies: up to $300
(Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.)
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our
gowns, full refunds, exchanges, and returns are not offered unless there is a manufacturing error or damage upon arrival. We encourage all brides to use our free
measuring kit and reach out to us before ordering with any questions.
